Our living microgreen trays stay rooted until you are ready to harvest them. Place one in your home, water it lightly, and cut fresh greens directly into everyday meals.
Making nutrition easier to grow at home—harvesting growth for our family and yours.
Lee Crisp Farms began as a family project built around fresh food, hands-on learning, and the belief that healthier choices should be easier to bring home.
Each 4 × 4-inch tray provides approximately one ounce of greens at the time of sale, with natural variation by crop and harvest stage. Every tray stays rooted until you are ready to eat it.
Limited weekly batches; Castle Pines pickup; delivery by availability; grown to order.

From our family grow space to your home.
Lee Crisp Farms began with a simple goal: make fresh nutrition easier to bring into everyday life. What started as a home-growing project gradually became something larger.
Our daughter became invested in the farm and excited about its possibilities. Growing the business supports our family’s goal of continuing her education at home, while the farm gives her meaningful opportunities to learn through observation, measurement, problem-solving, creativity, and responsibility.
We want the farm to succeed for practical reasons, but also because it represents the kind of intentional future we hope to create together.
Indoor growing lets us watch light, airflow, temperature, humidity, and the small changes that tell us a crop is ready. That same attention shapes the home-growing systems we are developing.

A shelf is never just a shelf. It is light, airflow, timing, water, and daily attention—family-scale systems tuned to living crops.
Decorative systems designed to hold replaceable living greens or herbs. Available by consultation and request.
Limited premium systems combining living plants, circulating water, and ornamental fish. Placement and service requirements are reviewed individually.
Custom living products can bring freshness and a genuine local story to employee appreciation, client gifts, company celebrations, wellness programs, and community gatherings.

Programs may include branded tags, custom care and recipe cards, company logos, QR codes, decorative vessels, delivery, and event setup.
An open grow journal with recipes, crop experiments, family-safe learning, limited releases, future systems, and community projects.
